Cancellation, Rescheduling & Class Transfer Policy Non-Refundable Enrollment: Due to the inclusion of digital materials and live session capacity, all sales are final and non-refundable. Transfer & Rescheduling Requests: If you are unable to attend the live masterclass, you must submit a written request to academy@actsbeauty.com at least 72 hours (5 business days) prior to the scheduled class time. Requests to transfer your registration to a future date or class are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Replay Access: Because full session replay access is included with your registration, students who are unable to join the virtual session will still receive access to the class recording and digital resources. Virtual Class Reschedules: If Acts & Aesthetics must reschedule virtual class, all enrolled students will be promptly notified and provided with full details and instructions regarding the updated class date & time.
