Please review before booking: - Grace Period & Late Fees - 10-minute grace period - After 10 minutes → $15 late fee - 20 minutes late or more → Appointment is cancelled + deposit forfeited Travel Fees (For Mobile Services) - Local Areas: $0–$15 - Extended Areas: $20–$35 - Out-of-County: $50+
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Adjustments - All deposits are non-refundable - Cancellations made after 20 minutes late count as a no-show - Service adjustments may be requested within 24 hours of your appointment - Rescheduling is allowed one time, as long as it’s 24+ hours before the appointment
